Order Status

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to track your package in real time.

If you have not received tracking details within 3–4 working days, please contact us.


Shipping Information

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping is available across India.

During product drops or high-demand periods, shipping may take slightly longer.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Exchange is allowed once per order

To request an exchange, email us with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Size required

Canceling an Order

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
